How I turned my depression into hope - the evolution of humanity

Thanks for all your comments, emails, and texts about the new format - greatly appreciated. Most of you liked the new format and a few of you told me that making comments was not easy on Substack. I am not sure how to handle that so for now will continue on Substack as I consider using another social media platform.

I also struggle with whether or not to send an email each time I post because it may not be what you want, do let me know about that.

Last, I am sorry this is not super clear and concise, I am still getting used to the new format and learning, but I do hope my main message comes through. We are, all of us, all of humanity, in the process of evolving emotionally and morally. And we all must participate.
